The hotel is very clean, with a tastefully decorated reception and dining room. the friendly staff made us feel welcome and were extremely helpful. the comfortable beds and lovely balconies were also highlights. Great location for exploring the city's interesting architecture.
Felt like being at home, no reason to complain.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was in a very convenient location for exploring Vichy. The bedroom was a very good size and the hotel had nice period features.
Thought the bathroom and soft furnishings could do with a bit of updatinf/modernising.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the center and on a peaceful square. It's close to the center of Vichy, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable and well-furnished, with balconies on both sides. The staff provides basic amenities and there's attention to detail, such as having balconies and toiletries in the bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast offers a variety of options and is accompanied by a strange cheap coffee.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.
